DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE COMPOSITIONS

WHITE SKIN for Black & Gray/ Lettering has a compact and opaque composition, it has no translucency, it does not allow light to enter deeply, a valid ally for your black inks and your lettering, work the black at the same typing height and it will be incredibly black and shiny.

REALISTIC SKINS & VIBRANT COLORS: Take advantage of the unique translucency of our leather composition to create incredible shades and allow the most vivid colors to remain that way without yellowing or tarnishing like other synthetic leathers.

CHOOSING THE WOODEN BASE

We use plywood to appreciate its natural grain.

The wooden base is cut and laser engraved with the Foolish logo, the wood coloring is done with colors specifically dedicated to keep the natural grain of the wood veiled and highlighted. Each base will have different shades and is protected and coated with shellac to facilitate cleaning from inks and to keep the wood altered over time.
