The Foolish Butcher Refund Policy

Since our products are handcrafted and custom-made to meet the specific needs of professional tattoo artists, we do not accept returns for mistaken or unintentional purchases. Every product from "The Foolish Butcher" is carefully designed and dedicated to highly specialized use, so we invite customers to carefully consider their choice before finalizing the purchase.

Return Conditions

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product was received damaged or has manufacturing defects.
  • The product shows obvious mold marks that prevent its use.

If the product meets the conditions listed above, please contact us at assistance@thefoolishbutcher.com within 14 days of receiving the order, providing details and images of the defect found. Our team will verify the report and inform you of the next steps for the return.

Return Limitations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • The purchase was made by mistake or unintentionally.
  • The product does not meet needs other than those for which it is specifically designed.
  • Signs of misuse, alteration, or tampering of the product.

Refund Process

If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement product or refund the amount paid, according to the customer's preference. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all refunds, which will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover handling and restocking costs. The shipping of the replacement product will be at our expense.
