1. Seller

2. Products

Products sold are artisanal items for tattoo and permanent makeup (PMU) practice. Each piece is produced manually — color, texture and shade variations are intrinsic characteristics of the production process, not defects.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are in Euro (€) VAT included. Payment is made via Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The order is confirmed upon completion of payment.

4. Shipping

Shipments are made from Italy within 3–5 working days from order confirmation, except during high-demand periods communicated explicitly.

• European Union: 14.99€ · free over 150€
• Outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, …): shipping calculated at checkout, includes carriage, customs clearance and import VAT; for destinations we cannot quote yet, shipping is quoted on request

5. Right of withdrawal

Under D.Lgs. 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without the need to provide justification, provided the product is intact and unused. To exercise withdrawal write to [email protected].

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-measure products.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the 2-year legal conformity warranty provided by Italian and European law (D.Lgs. 206/2005). To report conformity defects contact [email protected] within 2 months of discovery.

7. Liability

Products are intended exclusively for practice on synthetic materials. The seller declines all responsibility for improper use or use on human tissue.

8. Competent court

The Court of Turin has exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute. Italian law applies.
