STENCIL application / removal

Our synthetic tattoo skin has the ability to sweat and exude excess fluids.

The natural sweating of our synthetic leather allows excess ink to be expelled, and especially any stencil residue that has penetrated deeply. Thanks to the sweating process, any trace of the stencil will be naturally eliminated from the skin in a few days.

Stencil Application

In production we work the leather by creating micro-pores that guarantee the transfer as described, if the porosity is not sufficient for you, you just need to lightly scratch the surface of the leather with sandpaper of 200gr or more.

1. Skin Cleansing
Start by thoroughly cleaning the surface of the Foolish synthetic leather to remove any dust or oil residue. Clean leather provides an ideal base for stencil transfer.

2. Applying the Stencil Transfer
Choose the type of transfer you prefer, gel or stick:

• Gel: Gently massage into skin until it feels tacky to the touch.
• Stick: apply a uniform film over the entire surface.

3. Stencil placement
Apply the stencil to the skin and press evenly for a few seconds, making sure it adheres perfectly and without creases.

4. Removing the Stencil Paper
Carefully remove the stencil paper and leave the stencil on your skin for 20-40 minutes. This waiting time is essential to allow the stencil to set properly.

5. Check Before You Start
Before you begin tattooing, run your finger along one edge of the transferred stencil. If the ink doesn't smudge, your skin is ready for tattooing, ensuring a precise and detailed result.

3.2 Stencil Removal

If your stencil has been on for many hours and you cannot remove it with soap or a specific degreaser, we recommend that you put your leather sheet back in its original envelope. Place a paper towel over the design and let it sit for a few days. During this time, the natural sweating process of our synthetic leather will help to gradually eliminate the stencil without damaging the surface.

4. Tattoo care

Our synthetic skin can simulate the change of the tattoo during healing, just like it does on human skin, thanks to its "sweating". If you want to see how your tattoo would look once completely healed on skin, keep the sheet in its original envelope and cover it with an absorbent cloth that you will have to change approximately every 8 hours. During the first 4 days, clean the excess ink that the synthetic skin will naturally exude. This will allow you to observe the evolution of the tattoo and its healing in a realistic way.

Receiving the Parcel

• Sign with reservation: If the package arrives damaged, sign with reservation upon delivery and contact us immediately to proceed with the resolution.
