Frequently asked questions
How does the subscription work?
Stripe charges you automatically every month for the same product — no action needed after you sign up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime from your account, with no penalty. You stay subscribed until the end of the period you already paid for.
If I cancel and subscribe again later, where do I start?
Always from month 1 — no history from previous months carries over.
Can I change my shipping zone (Italy/Europe) mid-subscription?
Yes, from your account, without losing progress you've already made.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe automatically retries the charge following its standard policy.
Can I have both the Tattoo and PMU subscriptions at once?
Yes, they're two independent subscriptions you can run in parallel.
